      Pros

      The freedom to manage your own times and focus on the on time delivery. The company culture is amazing. The CEO really gets the remote work and make us feel close to each other. The team is amazing, a lot of young and talented people to learn from.

      Low wage, nonexistent perks, little actual support between their client and you.
