Pros

hands-on experience that’s it honestly

Cons

words cannot express how much this company has cause different levels of abuse in every level possible. beginning with the fact that during my time being there the number of “restructuring” for better improvement was insane. it was almost insane the amount of time the “hire and fire” events happened in a span of a single month. the constant incompetence to allow low level employees with the lack of technical background or knowledge make company impacting decisions simply because they have the “idea” of being right. never in my close to decade of work experience seen the comfortability where a low level employee can write an email or personal message directly to the CEO without any level of disciplinary actions handled for not following the hierarchy of the chain of command. this single individual was the fall and reason for NUMEROUS firings all because they did not “like” an individual yet this individual is the least technically inclined individual. No matter how they pretend to dress it or pretend to make it seems the only way things will be justified will to address that cancer of an individual that is a whole human being and a classless worker. outside of that single individual the lies and amount of brown nose behavior that this company loves to live by needs a law suit to happen. the amount of cutting corners using FREE opensource products and packaging it as a premium product is deceiving and classless where clients are paying large amounts of recurring fees to be scammed is baffling if you know the details. never had experience the fact that things were approved and guaranteed where commitments of following up these promises has caused individuals to lose their personal savings and respect with the hope of them honoring their end of the deal. individuals invested their time and hard earned money to be lost for a company to raise their shoulders and say or well is speechless to think about. over promising deals such as positions that were never truly available or pay that was never going to happen so they can continue to keep the best set of brown noses ever to happen. and for the new talent and the old talent remaining the best thing that can be said is RUN RUN RUN. this place will use you and throw you out if you not on your hands and knees mouth open and nose ready to become brown.

Pros

I've read all of these reviews and I have to say my experienced in the short time I've been here doesn't match up... I joined Atlantic.Net just a few months ago, and while it seems clear the company has had its share of challenges, I’ve already seen TONS of meaningful improvements. The team is more cohesive, the overall attitude is extremely positive, and the people we’re hiring today seem to be several notches above in experience and professionalism. We’re having meaningful discussions and making sure we have the tools, clarity, and support we need to not just do our jobs, but to grow in them. There’s a real focus now on removing obstacles, improving documentation and training, and helping everyone understand how they contribute to the success of the company. The leadership team is actively engaged in making improvements that I think matter. They're really trying to create consistency, raise expectations, and build an environment where strong contributors can do well and feel supported. I’ve seen firsthand how decisions are being made with long-term impact in mind, not just short-term fixes. The vibe is shifting in a very real way, and I’m encouraged by the direction we’re heading.

Cons

There’s still work ahead, particularly in streamlining internal processes and continuing to reinforce a consistent culture of accountability and communication. Some old behaviors and outdated tools are being phased out, but that takes time.

Pros

Gained some initial experience in the industry Opportunities to take on a wide range of tasks (though often way out of scope) Workers were okay, management was the main problem.

Cons

Compensation is misleading; pay does not match what is advertised, if it says 100k +, you will make likely 40k, good luck. No raises, bonuses, or benefits offered regardless of performance or time served Management consistently demands more without offering support or recognition Employees are undervalued and often treated as if they lack skills or knowledge Toxic environment where hard work is exploited rather than rewarded High turnover — people are often discarded once they've been used to their limit
