      Pros

      Amazing culture with very smart, humble individuals. Atrium truly cares about its employees, and I thoroughly enjoy the work I do and the clients I interact with daily. Over the years, I've had numerous opportunities to grow my career and have always felt fully supported in doing so.

      Cons

      Consulting can be demanding, but Atrium actively works to ensure we don’t get burned out.

      Great people, great infrastructure, strong presence in the market, good reputation, fun to work at. Very hands-on recruiting and onboarding, genuine dedication to doing good human work.
