Age and gender bias is evident and painful for those who are the recipients. They do not talk to those who they don't feel fit the biases. It is very evident who they care about and the youth they see relevant. Layoffs included mostly employees in their 40's and later. Most of the leadership roles are held by middle age white males and although equality is mentioned, it is not evidenced. Diversity is one of the company values, yet any diverse thought is quickly squelched by senior leadership unless comes from those who worked together for many years. Only trust is relayed to the males who are in the click. It has been mentioned many times that the ones who are valued are the youth who are eager and cheap.

Heavily sales focused but lacking a concern on delivery side causing pain and unnecessary issues that could be resolved with proper organizational structures in place for delivery. Delivery leadership overworked and often left with no help to deliver to critical clients. Hasty decisions and judgments being made that result in apathy across the senior teams. Although desire for diverse culture is verbalized, very heavily led by past company experience and unspoken knowledge of prior company. Without organization structure, decisions take too long to make and steer delivery side causing attrition and frustrations. Heavily focused on low pay and young hires to increase profitability and desirable culture to attract them they are Inadvertently building bad behaviors to detriment of organization. Only those brightest and young unicorn talent get the attention or focus causing others to be disillusioned and good people continually attrit for lack of feedback and voice. It is no secret to all they want the young and those willing to work long hours and weekends.
