Pros

Good business plan and ahead of their market with GTM plans.

Cons

Age and gender bias is evident and painful for those who are the recipients. They do not talk to those who they don't feel fit the biases. It is very evident who they care about and the youth they see relevant. Layoffs included mostly employees in their 40's and later. Most of the leadership roles are held by middle age white males and although equality is mentioned, it is not evidenced. Diversity is one of the company values, yet any diverse thought is quickly squelched by senior leadership unless comes from those who worked together for many years. Only trust is relayed to the males who are in the click. It has been mentioned many times that the ones who are valued are the youth who are eager and cheap.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback on Glassdoor. We appreciate the time you spent with us at Atrium. We are 100% committed to creating a comfortable, collaborative, and transparent work environment for all of our employees, so I am disappointed to learn about your experience. While joining a fast-paced startup environment may be challenging for some, we are glad to see that many teammates are thriving, as evidenced in their reviews. It is our goal to listen, learn, and evolve as we continue to grow, and diversity remains top of mind in our hiring process. While many of our leadership team members share a common work history, we believe that this shared background has helped propel the business to success. We are focused on bringing in additional talent to provide new insight into leadership and will continue to discuss how we can collectively make Atrium an even better home for our employees of all career levels and backgrounds — as well as ways for us to be even more innovative in our space as we look toward 2021!

Pros

Massive Growth Opportunities: I joined when we were just 72 employees, and watching the company quadruple while being able to evolve my own career from IC to Architect to Practice Lead has been the highlight of my professional life. If you are a high-performer, the "ceiling" at Atrium simply doesn't exist. True AI-Native Culture: Unlike firms that just use AI as a buzzword, Atrium lives it. We use GenAI for everything—from auto-generating meeting notes and using NotebookLM for project tracking to delivering complex Agentforce solutions for clients. We "eat our own dog food" here. Remote-First, Not Remote-Only: I’ve been virtual my entire tenure and have always felt 100% supported by leadership in that choice. Having the Indianapolis hub available for periodic face-to-face collaboration provides the perfect balance of flexibility and connection. High-Caliber Talent: You’re working with some of the best minds in the Salesforce and Snowflake ecosystems. The "low-ego, high-impact" vibe is real.

Cons

The "Rollercoaster" Pace: As with any high-growth consultancy, the workload fluctuates. You have to be comfortable with "context switching" and wearing multiple hats. It’s a specialized skill set you’ll need to develop quickly to avoid feeling overwhelmed during the peaks. Growing Pains: Quadrupling in size naturally changes the dynamics. While we’ve kept the culture intact, staying aligned across a much larger organization requires more intentional effort than it did in the early days.
