Pros

Attractive PTO policy, leadership who encourages growth and learning, opportunities to try new things, no baby-sitting of remote employees, positive encouragement of work/life balance, woman owned.

Cons

As the company grows it seems that some of the attention to employee programs and recognition is being abandoned. A lot of things that used to make Atrium unique are disappearing and it's becoming more corporate-ized. The cost of living is growing at a much faster rate than our compensation.
