7yWe appreciate you taking the time to provide this review of your experience working with AugRay. First off, we're glad to hear that there were some parts of your experience you did enjoy - like your great co-workers (we agree our team is awesome!). However, there are a number of areas where it seems your experience is less than ideal, and we're truly sorry about that. We can promise you that we're doing our best to improve in some of the areas you commented on: like ensuring our managers provide lots of feedback to help our team grow over time! We are also in the process of another round of market research regarding compensation so we can continue to pay our employees at or above market rate to ensure we retain and hire the people we need to make our business successful! Lastly, your comments regarding our CEO have been heard. Suresh is sorry you felt that there were times when you felt uncomfortable in the workplace. We can definitely promise on behalf of our entire leadership team that this is never the aim and we work to maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
