      Horrible Work Environment, Worst Management. DO NOT WORK HERE.

      Pros

      I loved my coworkers, they were strong and amazing workers and had huge aspirations, but they got treated poorly and were either laid off or quit.

      Cons

      Poor management, mistreatment of employees, tracked everyone's lunch times without knowledge, low pay, CEO doesn't listen to any of his employees and is constantly paranoid that his workers aren't working. Gives no feedback, just doesn't like anyone's work without explanation. All of the coworkers I talked to (India and US) were severely unhappy in their positions. India workers were hugely underpaid and overworked, and US employees were constantly watched and harassed. CEO commented on my appearance many times, making me uncomfortable. Even though we were given 1 hour for a lunch, CEO mentioned many times that we spent too much time on lunch (even though it was in the employee handbook and we worked 8+ hours) **Most of the positive reviews for this job were written by current employees as one of their jobs as asked by the CEO.

First off, we're glad to hear that there were some parts of your experience you did enjoy - like your great co-workers (we agree our team is awesome!). However, there are a number of areas where it seems your experience is less than ideal, and we're truly sorry about that. We can promise you that we're doing our best to improve in some of the areas you commented on: like ensuring our managers provide lots of feedback to help our team grow over time! We are also in the process of another round of market research regarding compensation so we can continue to pay our employees at or above market rate to ensure we retain and hire the people we need to make our business successful! Lastly, your comments regarding our CEO have been heard. Suresh is sorry you felt that there were times when you felt uncomfortable in the workplace. We can definitely promise on behalf of our entire leadership team that this is never the aim and we work to maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.       By and large the employees are great

      Cons

      Unprofessional CEO. The company has no set goals or initiatives making it impossible to complete work. Rather arbitrary things are how work is deemed satisfactory in the eyes of the CEO Suresh. He regularly says things that are sexist and religiously bigoted. He often makes passive threats about the security of an employees position. He promotes sycophants and allows them to berate and act hostile to other employees. When you walk into the office you can tangibly feel the depression and if you are wondering why there is so many vacant desks in the space it is the result of extreme mismanagement. Jobs are also often offered and then reworked once the employee is onboard. DO NOT TAKE AN OFFER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

      Thanks for your input, and sorry to hear about your take on our leadership. We have shared your commentary with our CEO, as we do all commentary. Suresh says that his intention is certainly never to say anything offensive, or to make employees feel frightened for the stability of their role. Employees are also promoted here based on a merit system and past performance reviews. However, the fact that you have these perceptions is really disappointing and we will continue to work to try and avoid experiences like this one! We want to provide the best workplace possible for our employees so that we can attract and retain the best talent on an ongoing basis. This feedback helps us to move closer to that.       A healthy environment for Growth and Learning

      Pros

      Its been 18 months that I have an opportunity of working in this company. It's a start up which helped me in establishing processes, creating directions and working on high quality standards. Although My title is 3D artist yet I got an opportunity to work as multiple roles including Concept Artist, Photographer, Videographer, Editor, VFX Artist, Unity Developer, etc. Augmented Reality was a new thing for me and my company gave me enough time to do learning and RnD before creating any product. The management is always open for new ideas and improvements and I never had to face any problem reaching out to them. For two things I really appreciate this company a) They put a trust on me and gave me my first job in US b) I wanted to get online certification from Animation Mentor and my company supported me morally and monetarily. Apart from work I also appreciate how people from different religious believes are working in this company and all have freedom to practice their own believe.

      Cons

      Although I understand, it is a startup yet I feel they need more team in US as well. After I joined they have grown from one office to 5 offices in different places in India. I also wanna see more growth in US office as well.
