Pros
Good exposure and lots to learn. You have to be self sufficient and able to think and learn on your feet which is a good thing. If you are looking for a sharp learning curve in this industry , this is the place! There are high profile customers and exciting projects taking place and the overall strategy is really great on paper but the challenges are greater overall.
Cons
Not sure how much they care about the people who work within the org? Its a very stressful environment with little in the way of benefits. Unhappy customers and poor leadership from the top make it ultimately unfulfilling and difficult to know where you stand and how you can add value.
