Pros
- There were some really nice and friendly people in the company - Lots of learning opportunities, with all the training systems set up in company, which is helpful
Cons
- Was being micromanaged and discouraged for even making smallest mistakes that makes zero difference to final results (like putting coma in sentences, not putting capital letters...etc), with close to no encouragement, even when some really good results came out. - Company appears to be embracing innovation, but at the end of the day, it's just another old school engineering design company - Payrise was very minimal, only managed to receive payrise after 2 years of service (COVID19 scenario was their execuse), and the increase wasn't impressive - Pay was low even by market standard - Upper management preached about flexibility, but whether this will actually be in practice will ultimately depend on who your line manager is & which department you're in
