Pros

Of the companies I have worked for during my professional career, AustinCSI has jumped to the top of the list. I have worked in various industries and with 100's of people but not until now have I felt everything is in line with what I see for and of myself. From the very top level to the low man on the totem poll, we are all treated the same and what I contribute this to is the selection process of picking the best in the industry both professionally and ethically. Not only did I find the application process to be exciting but each process to date has been equally rewarding. I stand proudly on the fact that I am able to boast that the leadership at AustinCSI believes in the true concept of work/life balance and it is HIGHLY encouraged. During the work hours, the strategic method in which we all support each other, makes the processes we follow work to the benefit of both companies and most importantly us as individuals. Until now, my views on consulting were not very positive however, AustinCSI has changed that. What I find interesting is while most companies spend hundreds of thousands of dollars looking for leaders, AustinCSI does not. The company is riddled with leaders that have found AustinCSI. In years' past, Mondays came around much too fast, but I now work for a company where Fridays are running faster than my Monday is because I really enjoy coming to work.

Cons

Benefits could be tweaked for the better.

Pros

There are some talented Consultants with the misfortune of working at this location.

Cons

Karen Moree is not a leader and used intimidation and threats, along with several other "leaders." There are some great people here in the organization. However, the failure of the leadership makes for a poor working experience. There is an extreme amount of favoritism and nepotism. You can get away with violating the law as long as you're in the leadership's good favor. They will exploit and overwork their Consultants to the point of exhuastion, then claim you're not working. You will produce the work they ask for and then pretend like you never delivered it. They prey on H1BI. And despite how hard you work, people won't believe anything you say, even if a client blatantly lies and several people who work with the client indicate that an employee at the client's location is lying. Unless you're Causcasian because then you need to be given the benefit of the doubt.
