ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! The management (it's only the founder) is delusional.

- There is always a capital crunch. Salaries get paused for months. - The founder shamelessly ghosts everyone. No updates, nothing for weeks and months. All you'll hear are lies. - The majority of the good reviews were requested by the employees during the time when money was there.
