      Pros

      ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! The management (it's only the founder) is delusional.

      Cons

      - There is always a capital crunch. Salaries get paused for months. - The founder shamelessly ghosts everyone. No updates, nothing for weeks and months. All you'll hear are lies. - The majority of the good reviews were requested by the employees during the time when money was there.

      Pros

      The culture is positive, the team is supportive, and the management is transparent and employee-focused. They keep their promises, provide growth opportunities, and ensure a great work-life balance. Truly a fantastic company to be a part of!

      Cons

      People expect everything from the company end but not willing to give there 100% for that. Whatever I did for my company they respected all my efforts and gave me the best they can.
