It's a job in the most simplistic sense of the word.
Cons
No organization,. Come to work, 1/2 hour later, sent home. Next week usually on Thursday mandatory overtime for the next 5-6 days. No notice at all, then back to being sent home. Must complete 750 hrs to be considered passed probation. Promotions based on how brown your nose is, not ability or knowledge. One of the worst places I've ever worked.
