Pros
If you enjoy constant physical activity and working on or around cars this is perfect. I lost a significant amount of weight working here. You can put as much effort into it as you want. You get to see many of the newest import models coming from Japan or Korea. I worked with some awesome co-workers, leads, and supervisors but these individuals are more rare.
Cons
This is a union job. That's not made clear in the job postings when I applied so be aware of this going in. The flip side of the pros is that you put in the effort that you want. The amount of work put in has no bearing on pay since everyone makes the same amount in each department. So, unless you make a major mistake, people are not incentivized to work hard.
