      Fun at times - some good people - OK benefits - give internal workers opportunity to advance.

      Cons

      Terrible management - Senior operations staff is all home grown and only in their jobs due to blind loyalty from the owners. VP of HR is a awful - turns her department over every 1.5 years. If you work in HR stay away

      Overworked/ to many hours/ finishing at different times of day everyday. Harsh no late arrival policy.
