      Pros

      The best part is definitely the people; everyone is super helpful, and there’s zero ego. Management actually respects your time off, so I don’t feel burned out. Pay is competitive, and they’ve been really flexible with my schedule when I need it.

      Cons

      Things can get a little disorganized when we’re busy, and sometimes it feels like there are too many meetings that could’ve been emails. The office perks are okay, but could definitely use an upgrade.
