Pros

Genuinely healthy and inclusive work environment. As a Ukrainian-based employee working from the Lviv office, I never felt like an outsider — the large UA team and English as the corporate language make communication seamless and give you a real chance to grow your language skills every day. My team is full of experienced professionals; my managers and colleagues have deep expertise and are happy to share knowledge, which makes the learning curve exciting rather than stressful. Even though we're always busy, the workload feels manageable because you're surrounded by people who know what they're doing and support each other.

Cons

Only three months in, so it's hard to find major downsides. The Lviv office is on the smaller side, so if you prefer a buzzing in-office crowd every day, that might feel limiting.

Pros

My review will be targeted towards IT engineers in Ukraine working within outsource/outstaff model. This is completely different experience. Working in Professional Services company you will have many fixed-scope tasks. The beautiful part is between those projects you are working towards any certification of your choosing. (all exam fees are covered by the company, for AWS certs you also get bonuses). So expect a lot of context switching, but at the same time a lot of opportunities to work with services you would never work in long running project. This job is definitely more demanding than most dedicated projects I worked with, but if you're willing to go that route, the benefits are great both in terms of immediate profit (the package here is very competitive and the salary is good) and long-term development. I'm here for just a month and already passed my first ever AWS cert (just couldn't find the time/motivation when working dedicated projects and really didn't want to spend my personal time on that, here though you get both time and motivation to train for exams within working hours).

Cons

I will update this review if i encounter any cons, but don't think of any right now.
