Cons
While the company preaches "team values," the day-to-day experience is defined by a hostile, cliquey environment and below-average compensation. If you aren’t in upper management, expect to be pigeonholed immediately with very little room for career growth. Under the former CEO, management was borderline incompetent. To mask the poor reputation, the current CEO pressured staff to post 5-star Glassdoor reviews. Following the 2024 acquisition by a Canadian firm, there were significant layoffs, myself included. Despite the layoffs, they are now rehiring for some of the same positions in 2026, proving that their "team-first" rhetoric is mostly performative.
