In such cases, managers may call employees on their personal phone numbers and pressure them to resign, informing them that they will be released within a week. This is not an isolated incident—it has happened to several employees that I personally know. Overall, job security and transparency are major concerns here. I would strongly suggest thinking carefully before joining. You deserve a healthier and more professional work environment.
