Do not join this company because company management is very bad do not provide Allowances on time and fired there employees without any reason so i suggest you can join any other company. they forced to work as support role or leave the company. Ther WFM is also bad don't trust their words they change every time and every call. In this company politics is very bad. They are cancel employees appraisal any time and if you say anything then they are fired you. If you are facing any problem or health issues on client location so they are say it is your problem money is important for us Or company not you health so work there we can't provide any leave or relocation in this case.

There are literally no Pros for working in this company. If you are fresher or 1-3 yrs experience, please don't join this company!
Cons
They do not provide any welcome kit, laptops, or anything. During Diwali or occasions don't provide any bonus. Apart from that if you join this company, you have to complete training in the Pune office. No matter what your job location is you have to stay in Pune for months without any stay compensation or any other compensation. You will have to bear all your costs and use your personal laptop for training.
