      There are literally no Pros for working in this company. If you are fresher or 1-3 yrs experience, please don't join this company!

      Cons

      They do not provide any welcome kit, laptops, or anything. During Diwali or occasions don't provide any bonus. Apart from that if you join this company, you have to complete training in the Pune office. No matter what your job location is you have to stay in Pune for months without any stay compensation or any other compensation. You will have to bear all your costs and use your personal laptop for training.

      Customer centric, Employee Friendly and caring management. Internal switches and opportunities are available. Higher management is reachable. MNC compared salary offered.

      Cons

      Mid scale company, so people may miss MNC like environment.
