I never felt the support of the incompetent leadership - QA Analyst Autosoft Employee Review

I’m truly sorry to hear you haven’t felt supported by leadership. That’s never the experience we want anyone to have at Autosoft, and I appreciate you sharing your thoughts. It’s warming to see you found your coworkers to be bright and supportive. That collaboration and teamwork are what make Autosoft special, yet we still have work to do to ensure that same level of support extends from leadership as well. We’re actively focused on improving communication, strengthening leadership training, and ensuring our teams have the necessary resources to succeed. If I could make a suggestion, if you feel you’re not being offered the guidance and resources needed to perform your job duties, please speak up directly with your supervisor and let them know your concerns. I feel more often than not, employees do not have open and direct dialogue with leaders. I encourage open and honest communication.
