Pros
- Fun, energetic place to work - Truly great people all round.. sharp, tremendously talented and genuinely good to be around - Free (and very nice!) lunch every day - Lovely London office - Frequent team dinners and outings
Cons
- Big decisions from senior leadership often felt arbitrary. Clueless when it came to product and strategy, with no clear vision, no coherent roadmap, and no real sense of ownership over the direction of product. Scope was rarely defined upfront, which made it nearly impossible to build with any kind of focus or intention.
