Fully in office isn't great, but would be a fun company to work for. Interview was basic overall and was just an intro call for the most part to determine if I was a good fit

I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Avara in Nov 2025
Interview
My interview experience with Aave was genuinely excellent. From the very first interaction, everything was professional, well-organised, and smooth. Communication was clear throughout, and I always knew what to expect at each stage of the process. The interviewers were not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but also incredibly friendly and approachable. It was clear that they truly enjoy the work they do, and that passion really comes through in conversation. Rather than feeling like a formal interrogation, the interviews felt like thoughtful, engaging discussions.

Question 1
One of the questions focused on my experience in the industry, and I was also given a practical exercise as part of the interview process. It was engaging and gave a good sense of the type of work the role involves.
I applied through other source. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Avara (London, England) in Oct 2025
Interview
The process began with an initial conversation with someone from the People team. It was informal and focused on my background, my interest in Aave, and how I approach design. After that, I interviewed with the VP of Marketing and the VP of Design. These conversations were also fairly casual and centered on brand direction, creative process, and how design supports growth. I was given a take home assignment to create social graphics for the brand, which became a key part of the discussion in the later interview.
