Decent product, good co-workers. Unfortunately, weak leadership is dragging the company down.
Cons
The CEO is not just terrible at his job - he's also a terrible person. Zero integrity, zero accountability. The one constant during all the Avidbots failures of the past few years: the CEO Faizan Sheikh. Round after round of layoffs, no respect for the hard-working and talented employees who have carried this company on their backs.
