Cons
They are very performance driven which is understandable, but management will then equate this to if you take off/leave it impacts your performance. Every AL has to be discussed and make sure no one else is taking so that you may take, handover materials have to be prepared every time and these may cause more stress before you can even take a break. Management is aware of personal issues and plans for leave however will ask to postpone plans for 'team work' and when coverage is complete, they simply kick you out of the organization. The basic salary is definitely below market average, only can depend on bonuses. Singapore office probably produces the highest performance but still serving US HQ like a slave. Operations is like SME. Basically no career progression unless someone leaves.
