      - good working atmosphere - great building - sorrounding areas allow you to run or play sports at midday

      Cons

      - HR policy doesn’t like job changes (minimum realistic requested time for each job is 4 years) - middle management not competent/ un trained / too technical - Inexisting HR career service - Old french style HR mentality - Current merge impact on job atmosphere

      Pros

      Some great team members that worked hard for the success of the company though their numbers are dwindling.

      Cons

      Extremely disappointing organization. This is a French company with many employees from France that create a two tier system. The company has begun letting US employees go and are currently moving to a lower rent area for office space. Seems to be a sinking ship.
