      Good pay, good vacation package

      Must be ready to respond to text, call, and/or email 24/7 regardless of where you are. This includes sitting with your doctor, in your sick bed, or on a cruise ship in the Caribbean. 24/7 means 24/7.

      Pros

      Some great team members that worked hard for the success of the company though their numbers are dwindling.

      Cons

      Extremely disappointing organization. This is a French company with many employees from France that create a two tier system. The company has begun letting US employees go and are currently moving to a lower rent area for office space. Seems to be a sinking ship.
