Axiom Shares its Profits! - Needs to BE Withheld Axiom Resource Management Employee Review

I worked in a sensitive area of the company and saw, for myself, that the company actually gives 35% of its profits to the employees. I looked back for ten years history of profit sharing and saw that this was done consistently over the years. Management doesn't talk about this but they should. No other company I have ever seen has been this generous with its employees. I see all those comments and wish that the owners would share this information with the staff. There's also an instance where an employee's child was being denied life saving surgery under the medical plan and the owners each put up over $300,000 of their own money to help out a kid they never knew or ended up even seeing. The mother of the kid left the company never knowing what the owners had done for her child. Maybe the owners aren't saints but they are decent and generous people. I thought this worth posting.
