Where do I start? Except for a few high level executives, everyone sits out in the open office space. There are no partitions at all, so everyone is exposed all the time. Other times, it is so noisy you want to shout at people to shut up. I found it to be a completely horrible atmosphere to work in. Also, the company is Russian owned and most of the managers and executives are Russian and speak Russian. Loudly and constantly. Which means that if you are on a team with other Russian speakers, they will talk around you and you won't have any idea what they are saying. Again, this makes it hard to do your job. Their salary levels are fairly low.
