good products Platform is flexible some very sound technical people immediate manager is good but helpless

no transparency No client focus Sales oversell and Implementation team takes the hit Bonus and hike only for the people higher up the ladder. HR team is non-existent Management does not like to share anything. PE firm takeover has made it worse and now management takeover by another software company has created a lot of insecurity. Employees are just an object and not treated as humans
