Good Launchpad for Freshers, but treated very unprofessionally

One of the most clumsy and indecisive management ever witnessed. The COO doesn't have any foresight and keeps changing the top management at her will, wish and whim. Old employees are treated like God and new efficient employee's feedback are not taken into account. Extreme favourism and nepotism highly prevails in the environment. The current COO will only ask for results and will not care, how the results are to be achieved. The culture is kind of extremely toxic and does not support a learning environment. Gossips run high in the organization. Decisions are taken on the basis of gossips. Data driven decision takes a back seat and most of the decisions are driven by gut feeling. People are asked to leave at the drop of hat. CONCLUSION _ You will risk your career and bank credits if you join this organization. There are multiple instances where in people had completely relocated from other cities, incurred costs in the process of doing so and then asked to leave within 6 months, because the management "FELT" that they cannot adjust here. Moreover, there are high chances that if you place a candidate in US, he or she will come back to you because of non payment.
