Pros

They built a great office space with new location

Cons

*ABSOLUTELY NO work/life balance, on call until late hours *OPS commission setup is a joke, splitting a pot between co-workers where work effort doesn't reflect commission amount is very detrimental to workplace cohesion. You can ship 400 shipments in a month, and the colleague next to you doing 100 movements makes same commission. *If you're not on the OPS side, not LTL, prepare to be treated extremely different. LTL side was gifted with several trips and incentives, while OPS very rarely were acknowledged. *Honestly, it's worth notice twice, the work/life balance was horrendous. They issue a work phone for a reason, they expect you to answer regardless of time of night. *Deceitful to carriers and customers, which I have a hard time with after working elsewhere and seeing how growth can be achieved honestly *As the company grew, it seemed like everything was reinvested into their fancy new location. 50 inch flatscreens everywhere, putting greens, outside firepits, custom pool tables and ping-pong tables. Meanwhile, the ops team that was contributing the largest amount of margins at the time, never saw a commission increase or any recognition for helping it grow to what it is now. *High employment turnover due to the cut-throat nature promoted

Pros

Great headquarters with a well-equipped gym, comfortable spaces to relax, and an energetic, collaborative team.

Cons

Cons: High turnover with a strong burn-and-churn culture. Management appears unreceptive to employee feedback, and serious workplace concerns are not always addressed appropriately. Full-time employees are often expected to work beyond normal business hours without clear boundaries. Additionally, many of the campus amenities and recreational spaces are effectively off-limits during the workday, despite being part of the workplace environment.
