Really depends on the team/branch you join - but ample opportunity to grow and develop your own book of business the way you see fit.

Cons

The company is rapidly growing and has growing pains. Sometimes there can be a disconnect from VPs and LCs, but they want to hear feedback and not lose what made them stand out as a workplace, their culture.
