Pros

The staff was super friendly and supportive ! My trainer Lydia was always there to help me to learn and eagerly sought out my thoughts to ensure a better working environment.

Cons

As a finance major... the term banker refers to something completely different... wasn’t expecting it to mean “call center”. The position is highly structured and monitored on an absurd level, in my opinion, but it just might be because I don’t know the culture that is call centers. Loved the company just wish I was in a different position that suited my degree field better.

Thanks for taking the time to provide input. We listen to each and every review, and we're glad to hear that you felt supported by your trainer. As a data-driven organization that makes decisions based on facts, we monitor, measure and analyze all kinds of data. It may seem excessive to some, but it's a core part of our culture -- and a key reason for our success. We'll certainly keep up the good work, and wish you success with the next step in your career.

Pros

The compensation can seem great when it is your first time working for a big company. It is also exciting and I had been looking forward to it. I never expected a company like this could be so miserable and management so unprofessional.

Cons

• Problems start with top leadership and get worse under lower management. • Poisonous attitudes, unpredictability, abuse of authority, and fear based leadership create a miserable workplace. • Employees are constantly disrespected and belittled. • New trainees are humiliated for mistakes instead of being properly guided. • High turnover leads to constant resignations and layoffs. • The horrible atmosphere is hidden from outsiders and reflects management's attitude.
