Pros

Pretty much just the location and Tom Constantine the CCO. One of the few people that seemed to be genuinely authentic and a straight shooter.

Cons

Making less money than the people cleaning the building. Managers are very hit or miss, all depends on the rotation you are put in.

Pros

The compensation can seem great when it is your first time working for a big company. It is also exciting and I had been looking forward to it. I never expected a company like this could be so miserable and management so unprofessional.

Cons

• Problems start with top leadership and get worse under lower management. • Poisonous attitudes, unpredictability, abuse of authority, and fear based leadership create a miserable workplace. • Employees are constantly disrespected and belittled. • New trainees are humiliated for mistakes instead of being properly guided. • High turnover leads to constant resignations and layoffs. • The horrible atmosphere is hidden from outsiders and reflects management's attitude.
