Pros

I find opportunities to grow professionally by working on challenging projects. I'm especially happy with the chance to tackle tasks that improve my problem-solving skills. People are encouraged to take initiative, which can lead to greater responsibilities. The environment pushes you to adapt and learn quickly. The pay and benefits are decent.

Cons

The workload can get intense at times.

Pros

The compensation can seem great when it is your first time working for a big company. It is also exciting and I had been looking forward to it. I never expected a company like this could be so miserable and management so unprofessional.

Cons

• Problems start with top leadership and get worse under lower management. • Poisonous attitudes, unpredictability, abuse of authority, and fear based leadership create a miserable workplace. • Employees are constantly disrespected and belittled. • New trainees are humiliated for mistakes instead of being properly guided. • High turnover leads to constant resignations and layoffs. • The horrible atmosphere is hidden from outsiders and reflects management's attitude.
