      Pros

      Love my coworkers and people I serve. My boss is amazing. I love the company they treat me with great respect.

      Cons

      Pretty soon Community Employment Specialists will be making almost the same as minimum wage. The job we love is making us look for higher wages somewhere else. Never looking forward to a wage is so dissapointing. I am afraid the people we serve will suffer if we leave.

      Helping the population served, all residential positions are direct support though.

      Cons

      Extremely low pay, (21) feels like a pca job, high turnover over rate. Toxic environment.
