      BAMSI works hard to fulfill their mission and help as many families as they can The company works hard to work with the employees they have and keep them within the company

      The company is very spread out and has many different employees coming in and leaving at some of the entry level positions

      Helping the population served, all residential positions are direct support though.

      Extremely low pay, (21) feels like a pca job, high turnover over rate. Toxic environment.
