      Pros

      My supervisor and the people I worked with were great but he couldn't do anything to make it better for our team

      Cons

      No raises for anyone outside the top execs. Sickening to have the CEO drive a new company car and hear we won't be getting raises AGAIN

      Helping the population served, all residential positions are direct support though.

      Cons

      Extremely low pay, (21) feels like a pca job, high turnover over rate. Toxic environment.
