      Pros

      My colleagues are wonderful; great values and work ethic. I know I am making a positive impact on both individuals supported by BAMSI and employees. BAMSI has so many inspiring and dedicated direct care employees and leaders! It is a great place to work!

      BAMSI has a large footprint; communication between administration and programs can improve.

      Helping the population served, all residential positions are direct support though.

      Cons

      Extremely low pay, (21) feels like a pca job, high turnover over rate. Toxic environment.
