      Nothing beside the consumers being wonderful people.

      Cons

      Treat people like pieces of paper. House managers worried about incentives. Upper “management” unhelpful. No training regarding disabilities as a whole.

      Helping the population served, all residential positions are direct support though.

      Cons

      Extremely low pay, (21) feels like a pca job, high turnover over rate. Toxic environment.
