      Great co-workers, individuals served are phenomenal! Good training, ability to grow and promote within the agency. I have been with BAMSI for 15 years and have been able to transition and grow within.

      Cons

      Not many, we are working towards becoming a new and improved BAMSI. With new leadership working hard towards improving and strengthening the agency.

      Helping the population served, all residential positions are direct support though.

      Cons

      Extremely low pay, (21) feels like a pca job, high turnover over rate. Toxic environment.
