Pros
I have been with BAMSI for over 6 years and could not be more excited for the future of BAMSI. They are really turning a page and making great strides to put employees as top priority, which may not have been the case in the past. They have been rolling out new employee initiatives like tuition reimbursement. Knowing that they are really invested in their employees and that everyone is excited for change at BAMSI has brought a renewed excitement for the work I am doing!
Cons
Communication. While it is improving, staff have not been empowered to communicate with-in the organization, but instead have to communicate through their manager/leader to other departments.
