      Organization has new leadership CEO. Organization has provided raisies to residential counselors, and nursing. Great training opportunities for professional development. Work they are doing with Acquired and Traumatic Brain Injuries. Great committees to have your voice heard from all levels of management.

      Cons

      Organization needs more consistent staffing within residential programs. Overall, the organization was hit hard by covid-19 and a workforce that hasn't returned to the workforce to date.

      Extremely low pay, (21) feels like a pca job, high turnover over rate. Toxic environment.
