      Low pay, no 401k, there are employees who don’t do their job, racist, complain to the boss about others which means she isn’t even doing her job if she has time to worry about others

      Helping the population served, all residential positions are direct support though.

      Cons

      Extremely low pay, (21) feels like a pca job, high turnover over rate. Toxic environment.
