      Pros

      Assistant Directors provide great supports.

      Cons

      Staffing is difficult, the program was never fully staffed, causing problems with consistency. Managers don’t get overtime unless they work more than 4 hours, so lost wages for anything over 8 hours. Managers have to fill in on shifts , or stay when they can’t find anyone. Lots of paperwork generated.

      Pros

      Helping the population served, all residential positions are direct support though.

      Cons

      Extremely low pay, (21) feels like a pca job, high turnover over rate. Toxic environment.
