      Great benefits and PTO. Caring and compassionate staff/management, diverse workforce, CEO is kind and responsive. Cost of living increases were given to most field employees over the summer. Room for growth within the company

      Helping the population served, all residential positions are direct support though.

      Cons

      Extremely low pay, (21) feels like a pca job, high turnover over rate. Toxic environment.
