      Equal Opportunity. Emploer, staff is open and environment is good to work with.

      No pay raise, too muck authority to Management, no staff appreciation...

      Helping the population served, all residential positions are direct support though.

      Cons

      Extremely low pay, (21) feels like a pca job, high turnover over rate. Toxic environment.
